Who doesn’t love a fun and simple chocolate smoothie? This is pretty nice, and it tastes a bit frothy too due to the milk, and the vanilla that was added to this, and it comes with many health benefits, especially the Irish sea moss.
Ingredients
1⁄2 ounce Irish sea moss
A frozen banana
2-4 tablespoons cacao powder
A pinch Himalayan pink salt
A dash of cinnamon
4 cups almond milk
4-6 pitted medjool dates
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1⁄2 vanilla bean scraped
A dash of nutmeg
Directions
Take all ingredients and put them in a blender
Blend until made creamy! You can change up the thickness by
adding more moss as well
