Ingredients
2 cup pineapple, frozen or otherwise
1⁄2 cup grapes
1 banana
1⁄2 tablespoon sea moss
2 cups spinach, broken up
2 cups Fresh orange juice (not concentrate)
A banana
Some ice
Directions
Take all of the ingredients and put them in a blender
Add ice if you want a thicker smoothie
Pulsate this until properly blended
Serve it immediately
