This is a simple tropical smoothie but having it will make you feel like you’re at the beach, sipping away and having a wonderful time. Ingredients
1 cup strawberries
1 banana, frozen is best
1⁄2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoons flaxseed or chia seeds
1⁄4 tablespoon sea moss
1⁄2 cup pineapple
2 cups orange juice
1 cup of spinach, optional
Ice for thickening
Directions
Make sure your bananas are frozen and your spinach is chopped up
Take all of those ingredients and throw them into a blender
Blend until smooth, adding more ice as needed if you feel it
needs to be thickened up a bit
Serve immediately
