Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie – A lightly sweetened smoothie flavored with chocolate and raspberries. Filled with fruit, protein, and plenty of chocolate, this smoothie can be enjoyed for breakfast or as a healthy dessert.
Ingredients
1⁄2 an avocado
1 1⁄2 cups frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 1⁄2 cups almond milk, or non-dairy milk
Ice as needed
1 tablespoon flax seeds, ground
1 small cucumber
1⁄4 cup sea moss gel
3 Medjool dates with the pits removed
Directions
Take all of this and combine it together in a blender until it’s
smoothed out
You can add more almond milk to make it thicker, or add ice if you want a smoothie that’s a bit thinner until the consistency is
reached
This makes two smoothies, and they last up to a day in a mason
jar that’s airtight
You can add protein powder to these as well, and they’re
wonderful as a meal replacement
