Ingredients
120 grams Sea Moss Gel
1 1⁄2 cups spring water
1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/5 tablespoons honey or agave
1 cup frozen soursop pulp
2 tablespoons minced ginger
1 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh
Directions
Take everything and put it in a blender
Add another cup of water if you want a smoother smoothie
Blend it all together until it’s smoothed out
Drink it immediately!
