Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
1⁄4 cup organic hemp seeds
3⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
2-3 dates, pitted
3 tablespoons sea moss, prepared
1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
3-5 black peppercorns
2 cups filtered water
1⁄2 jaggery
2 pinches cardamom
6-8 ice cubes
Pinch of sea salt
Directions
Take everything and throw it in a blender, but add the water last so you have enough just for the blender contents
When you have everything in, pulse it, wait till it’s blended, and
then served
If it becomes too thick, you can add more water to improve the
consistency
